A special called meeting of SCARC will take place on May 3rd immediately after the BARC meeting to discuss the Club's 146.980 repeater problems. Various short and long term solutions will be the agenda for that night's meeting. The SCARC By-Laws allow the president to call a special meeting after making a good faith effort to alert the membership 3 days ahead of the meeting. An email going to 23 individual members of the club was sent out in the last hour.
